The Venoza Honduras comes from the Beneficio Santa Rosa, Las Capucas Finca estate and is a Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee. The rich volcanic Honduran soils are ideal for quality coffee and the high mountains make for great growing conditions. The high altitude forces the beans to develop a low acidity with heightened sweetness. A perfect espresso coffee, well balanced and medium bodied with a rich flavour.
